Refund policy

Returns Policy

1. UK Customers

  • In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing by mail order have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

  • To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (by email or post) within the 14-day period.

  • Goods must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation, in their original condition and packaging, unused and uninstalled.

  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the goods, including the standard delivery cost.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. International Customers

  • For orders delivered outside the UK, the same 14-day return period applies.

  • Refunds will be issued for the price paid for the goods only. Original delivery costs, international surcharges, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, including any customs charges, duties, or handling fees incurred during the return process.

  • Any such costs deducted from the value of the returned parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Electrical parts

  • Special-order or custom-made items

  • Goods that have been used, installed, or are not returned in a re-saleable condition

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and in such cases we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Undelivered or Refused International Parcels

  • If an international delivery is refused, uncollected, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges, the customer remains liable for:

    • the original delivery cost;

    • any return shipping and handling fees; and

    • a surcharge for processing the return.

  • These costs may be deducted from any refund due.
